The Printing Charity Awards MBA Group’s Rising Stars for 2026

We’re proud to announce that two members of our MBA Group team have been awarded 2026 Rising Stars by the Printing Charity.  

Lisa Shepherd, our Service Delivery Manager at Dots, and Patryk Bebech, Account Executive in Direct Mail at MBA Group, have each been selected for the award, which recognises emerging talent across the print, packaging and graphic communications industries. Alongside this, they’ve been invited to attend the Rising Star Awards celebration event at the House of Lords in July, where they’ll be recognised along with other outstanding young professionals from the industry.

Rising Star Awards: Championing Print Talent 

The Printing Charity has been providing practical and emotional support to those working in print and allied trades across the UK for almost 200 years. Through their Rising Star Awards, they invest in the next generation of industry talent, offering grants of up to £1,500 to fund training that builds workplace-ready skills and helps young professionals take their careers further. The programme welcomes successful applicants into the Rising Stars constellation, a growing network of alumni who have gained valuable skills, accelerated their professional development, and taken meaningful steps towards achieving their career goals.

Our Winners

Lisa Shepherd 

Service Delivery Manager at Dots

Having joined MBA Group less than a year ago, Lisa’s selection as a Rising Star is a testament to the impact she has already made in a short space of time. Lisa is Service Delivery Manager at Dots, our contact centre of excellence, which combines expert people and innovative technology to help businesses elevate their customer experience and drive continuous improvement. It’s a role that sits at the intersection of people, process and performance, which makes her decision to invest her grant in Lean Six Sigma and Agile Project Management training a natural next step. 

We asked Lisa to share what this award means to her.

“I am incredibly grateful to have been selected as a Rising star. This award provides a valuable and exciting opportunity to further develop my skills and support my career progression. Through the training grant, I will complete Lean Six Sigma and Agile Project Management courses, building my knowledge of methodologies that underpin many aspects of my role. These qualifications will enhance my ability to drive continuous improvement, lead change, and deliver projects more effectively, supporting my team and adding value for our clients. Thank you to the Printing Charity for the wonderful opportunity!”

Patryk Bebech 

Account Executive in Direct Mail at MBA Group 

Patryk began his career at MBA Group and has grown through a number of roles to where he is today, managing key accounts within our client services team. His development grant will fund two workshop courses, Personal Impact & Assertiveness and Influencing & Communication Skills, both of which will strengthen the client-facing skills he brings to the role every day. 

Partyk shared his thoughts on receiving the award.  

“I’m very excited to have been selected for the Rising Star Award which will enable me to further develop my personal and professional skills. With the grant received I’ll be able to attend two in person workshop courses, “Personal Impact & Assertiveness” and “Influencing & Communication Skills”. These paired with my current two and a half years of experience in client services will enable me to better support all of our clients’ needs and hopefully become a more dependable member of the team to take on new client relationships with greater confidence”.
